I’m just listening for the ancient tones, and once I’ve learned to listen, I mean really listen, I’ll come down from the mountain and make a record as loud as New York City and as lonesome as the Cumberland Gap. Then I can die, Believe that.
one of my top 10 badass quotes of all time.

I WAITED today for a freight train to pass.Cattle cars with steers butting their horns against the bars, went by.And a half a dozen hoboes stood on bumpers between cars.”Wednesday Oct 10 @ 01:56pm with 8 notes

So this morning its beautiful outside. For once the wind blows and dark clouds gather around the mountains, contemplating whether they will grace our city with just a little bit of rain. Its mornings like these that remind me that yes, winter will come, that a cold season really does exist in this place.
I love Gregory’s music, its perfect for those cold late nights. The nights when i finish studying, only to sit starring out past my old books, across my desk and into the street, watching the newly weds and grad students in there coats walk there dogs past my truck which sits calmly in the street light, windows fogged and miles ahead. His music is amazing, but be careful, if your heart is heavy, if your memories are still haunting you, listening to Gregory will bring them back out again, but if your simply tired, and your busy day is finally at an end; when you finally turn off your light and embrace the cool side of the mattress, turn on this mans amazing artwork and rest your tired eyes.

Video below is a good taste of the stuff we do acoustically. It was a sneak preview for some interview thing we did with ASU. It think. Can’t really remember. BUT! notice Jared’s heart throbbing scowl at the end of the video. HILARIOUS! But really, he’s a great fella, and he has a blog too! jaredkolesar.tumblr.com Check out some of his music.
