My Handmade Hymnal
My name is Michael, straight, 20-something living in Arizona. I study history, art, archaeology, music, and everything in-between. I cherish my family, friends, and faith above all things. I am addicted to travel, and I love to drive. I have a fanatical love of Arizona(Born and Raised), and the Southwest. I fancy highways, road-trips, fishing, hunting, camping, reading, and playing my banjo. I dig old towns, record players, old photographs, and books. I love talking about history, and talking about anything. I am a musician, a handyman, a fighter, a lover, a wanna be historian, and a true friend. I love Folk music, Blues, Bluegrass, Jazz, and Americana. I believe in Luck.
I do not claim the rights to any photos here unless specified.
Finally got around to learning this tune today. Its sweet, simple, and haunting. I highly suggest giving it a listen. Any banjo players out there, I play it with a capo on the 2nd fret in double C tuning, I think you can pull it off in sawmill tuning as well. Give it a shot. Cheers.
